This model illustrates that there is both a process and relationship in selecting, motivating, and retaining employees.Informed by the Vision, Mission, Goals, and Values, each element is vital in providing the appropriate environment and context for optimum employee performance.
The Job and Competency Analysis Process benchmarks the job in terms of required behaviours, values, skills, motivators, attitudes and attributes. Once the job has been profiled, the candidate or incumbent is profiled against the benchmark. HRXL™ employs advanced profiling techniques to best match the employee to the position, and to define learning and performance gaps.
The Human Capital Model illustrates the various elements which enable an organization to become an employer of choice. Each element is dynamic and vital to creating a healthy workplace and an environment where employees are highly motivated to perform.
The Expanded View of the Selecting, Motivating and Retaining Employees model illustrates vital organizational factors and detailed criteria for each phase of the process. Attending to the process in every detail and at every level results in better hiring practices, fewer performance issues, and in higher retention rates.
